Loose Faucet handle in shower, Hot and Cold reversed on sink handle, Heat did not work in automatic mode. Bathroom electrical outlet (GFI) loose. Room 143.

Only complaint, not enough towels and wash clothes in bathrooms!

The staff provided excellent customer service, promptly assisting with any requests. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, served from 6 am to 11 am, allowing plenty of time to enjoy it. The hotel's location right across from the bridge to Florence was both convenient and peaceful.

No significant negatives .

The lobby and public areas were very nice. Front desk staff pleasant. Beds were comfortable. The price was good.

The room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled of cigarette smoke. It was an ok hotel but not what I expected for a facility with a three star rating. If you are okay with a two star hotel this would be an okay place.

I wish that everything wasn't under maintance so we could enjoy the hot tub and pool. However, once everything is renovated it will be amazing!

The in-house bar and restaurant offered a solid selection. The expansive parking lot accommodates trailers easily, a plus for road warriors.

The hotel clearly shows signs of neglect, with multiple guests reporting concerns about cleanliness-rooms often harboring issues like dirty bedding and unpleasant odors that don't sit right. Some amenities, such as the vending machines, have been out of order, a hassle when you're looking for a late-night snack. On top of that, noise from other guests can disrupt the peace, particularly during the night, leading to a less than restful experience.

The location was marvellous and unbeatable - short way from everywhere we wanted to go. The room was excellent and amazingly comfortable with microwave and refrigerator, as for instance, had a good night's sleep.

Clean, perfect central hotel with particularly good and absolutely perfect location in a great environment. Exceptionally nice, amicable staff towards all guests. Good food options. Location so close to everything, including the historic Muscle Shoals recording studios as well as most things in Muscle Shoals. Pleasant experience there.

The room had both an inside and outside door, convenient. The beds were comfy enough, but the blankets had some weird fuzz on them like they'd been washed with personal items. A bit strange. I noticed some mold in the bathroom and dust behind the furniture. Definitely needs some TLC.

It was just a fine choice for a fleeting trip in Sheffield with great value. The linens were fresh, a nice touch. Avoid rooms that smell like smoke. You might have to deal with it.

Family not impressed

I stayed for one night while visiting family and I gotta say the bedding was clean and so were the bathrooms, better than I expected honestly. The breakfast was decent too, hot foods and some cold stuff that didn't feel like a total afterthought.

But let's be real, it wasn't cheap for what you get, felt kinda overpriced.
